I have 14 major concerns and 5 mild ones. 206 is really high and I have no way of getting mental help....

Perhaps you can find a clinic that will take people based on what they can pay. We will be glad to support you here, of course, but we are not professionals.

If you don't mind my asking, why are you not able to get help? Am I right that it's mainly a money issue?

I am mainly concerned about your functioning and success.

Yes, it is a money thing. Also, my town has almost no resources. There's only maybe 4 people who offer sliding scale and their appointments are over 100 to begin with. Sorry to rant. It's juts frustrating. And thank you for your concern.

I do have a doctors appointment with my family doctor for my yearly, I think I'll bring it up there. Maybe she can give me some medicine. I don't like medicine but maybe it's worth a try.
