With 9 major concerns and 6 minor ones. One of them being schizophrenia but I don't really think I have it. I think just a form of weird narcissism. Or anti narcissism because I'm constantly reminding myself that people don't really notice me as much as I sometimes think they do.

Hi! Do you hear voices? That's the main symptom of schizophrenia. If you aren't sure about the results, then you might consider taking them to a counselor to talk them over.....

No but I have to convince myself that people aren't trying to gaslight me as much as my brain is trying to tell me they are.
