I don't know exactly how to analyze this score. Anyone care to enlighten me?

It showed serious concerns in the following areas: general coping, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, mania/bipolar symptoms, relationship problems, obsessions/compulsions, and borderline personality symptoms.
