Not much has changed in my status in a couple years to be honest just ups and downs, i'm not surprized by the results

One can't really do much about "Life Events", that always increases my score too. If I were you, I'd work on self-esteem, that might help with attitude which would help with perception which will make some of these self-reported questions feel like less of a problem and lower your score too.
