Took plenty of quizzes before repeatedly...but this one I just took for the first time and I scored a 160

Is a visit to a therapist or a doctor relating to your concerns an option for you?

I cant go to a therapist cus my parents don't lemme and I could tell my doctor I see him regularly for weird pains in my chest and headaches but I never told him about my emotional pain
