I've taken it 3 times and it goes up a bit each time. I thought it would be lower because I kinda went for the lesser answer than I really thought I should put, however, I am still at 133.

Hard to tell how to "adjust" the scores sometimes. Of course, if we fiddle with how we answer the questions, then the scores can be less accurate.

How were your individual scores? What did you rate highest on? I think issues such as those ones matter more than the overall score.
Thanks for this!

My highest scores were in borderline traits,depression,self-esteem (nonexistent) and obssessions. It was exactly what I expected I am working on identifying what my emotions are and trying to think instead of automatically reacting. Today was a good day.
