I had 9 serious concerns:

Self-esteem:100 - I have major concerns with self esteem
General coping:68 - I am not coping well with life, I'm unhappy with life
Depression:81 - I have severe depression or major depression disorder
Anxiety:78 - I have high anxiety
Phobias:75 - I have specific phobias that are of concern
Eating Disorder:55 - I may/may not have a eating disorder- anorexia (maybe)
Technology issues:63 - I'm 'addicted to the internet'
Posttraumatic Stress:92 - I most probably have PTSD for a childhood trauma
Borderline Traits:63 - I have recurrent suicidal behaviour

I had 6 milder concerns.
I'm not quite sure if I should really take these into consideration seeing as they all are not really a diagnosis but I think that they show me what I should be worried about, right?
