I scored a 26, which I think is meant to be good based on what the test said, but it's the first time I've taken it.

I did get this however:

Mania & Bipolar Disorder: People with scores similar to yours often complain of symptoms commonly associated with bipolar disorder (also known as manic-depression), or a minor form of bipolar disorder (called bipolar II). Bipolar disorder at this level may interfere with a person's normal, everyday life and sometimes impair functioning in social relationships, work, school, and other areas of one's life.

Considering I have specific concerns over BPD/Bipolar/Cyclothymia I guess this falls in line.
