The first time I took and saved the test, my result was 169 the date then was December 9th 2011.
When I took the exam on the very next day, I had climbed to 189. A few months passed and on March 3rd, 2012 I was down to 152, But by April 20th, 2012 I had climbed all the way back to 188. A long time was spent away from PsychCentral as college began and I moved out of my house for the majority of the year; while I don't solely attribute it to having gotten out of such a negative and oppressive environment, I definitely believe it played a part in the 89 I received when I took the test, after so long, again yesterday I've moved to a much better place in my life, and while there are still many days and times I need help and I feel horrible, it is better now for me than I would ever have dreamed I could be.. and this is only 1 day shy of a week after I was involved in a Rollover wreck. I won't be so conceited as to assume that for everyone things truly will get better, but I will advocate for a change of scenery and friends, and let you know that though I spent the vast majority of my life so far in a depression I was sure would kill me eventually, that I saw no way out of, I have managed to move through it, for the most part. Just my words of encouragement to those of you who are hurting.
