the most interesting part of the score is that i scored 100 in post traumatic stress, figured the depression would be high too.

Hello and welcome to Psych Central! Maybe you aren't as depressed as you thought, which could be a good thing!

I have a long history of depression (it was the second highest category on my sanity test, without checking I remember it being about 84) The thing that surprised me was the PTSD at 100. I'm gonna try to find a T who can help in that area. Funny thing about me and therapy is unless the therapist is very direct with their meaning, I can sit there for a year and have no clue of what they are trying to say to me. I'm not sure what that is about but I am going to address it during my first visit with my new T. Thanks for checking in on me!

I'd make sure to say something after a few minutes if you don't understand what is being said. Especially since therapy is $$. From what I have experienced, most of the time, therapists want YOU to do all of the talking. I'm starting group therapy tomorrow. So I'm right there with ya.
