I was pretty shocked when I was reading what I was highest in... I actually had a couple that were close to 100... By all the red I assume that its not good. So is the goal to get a lower score? what is its purpose? I guess it is good to know where I am at but I also was a little upset reading some of the things I just didn't know if it was normalish. Not that anything is normal

Hello and welcome to Psych Central! Well, as we deal with our issues, then the scores are supposed to do down. I don't know exactly what a "normal" score is. I wouldn't think anybody would have no problems!
