So I retook the sanity quiz yesterday and my score has dramatically changed, I'm happy to report. It's taken lots of time, energy, effort, therapy, medication tweaking, life experience, learning to love myself and letting go of guilt, pain, joy, etc. for me to get here. I do my best to live in the moment and be grateful for what I do have as opposed to what I don't.

Scores:

8/11/10 - 135

12/16/13 - 49

I'm by no means done, none of us are. I know I will be learning and growing the rest of my days and they may not all be good ones... as long as I keep on keepin' on I'll get through it. Thrive, not just survive!

Well done! I love what you said, "I do my best to live in the moment and be grateful for what I do have as opposed to what I don't."
