I took my fourth sanity test and this time i got a 186. I think it's because im a lot more stressed out than i was the last time i took it

As the FAQ says, the number really doesn't mean much. I'd focus on the major and minor concerns that appear below your score. Hope that helps a bit, and best of luck!!
