Score was 178. And Im not surprised. Most of it was for Depression, PTSD, Self-Esteem, and my ridiculous Phobias. Life is great..

Glad you were not surprised--and now you have some specifics you can take to your therapist, if you have one and would like to do so!

You're not alone, and you don't have to do this alone. It may seem like you are the only one in the world dealing with this kind of stuff, but you're not. I deal with depression, PTSD, self-esteem, and anxiety.

Mine was 29. I wasn't surprised by the sub-scores. I quit drinking 6 months ago after 30+ years of alcohol abuse.
