this crazy test really measures a subjective, self evaluation, which cannot help but be biased. and the higher the score, the lower the Sanity~ that's just nuts. please take your score with a large dose of the salts.... it will change next week, or tomorrow, or later today~ :P

I know it would be with me. I'm never the same day to day. I know there are days I would answer the questions differently and cause a different outcome.

I usually just take a deep breath and answer what relates the most. Sometimes I get into a heated internal argument with myself over this. I just try to answer as accurately; so I can and see the results. Thats when I try to work with those results to better myself. Most tests like these are for reference only, and not to diagnose. Best bet is to print it out and collaborate with a therapist, doctor etc.

Yeah, I try to answer as best and honest as possible because I too find it pretty subjective. Oddly enough, my scores stay in the same range (95-109) even when one area goes down & another goes up.

I agree with you. That's the problem with these self-report tests and that's why a self-report questionnaire completed online shouldn't and can't be taken in lieu of an actual diagnosis given by a professional. I believe it can usually give you a general idea to start with. Just don't rely on it as an accurate description and measurement of your mental health.

I agree completely. My score changed in just a few days.(less than a week) While the overall score was similar, (87-86) the major and minor concerns changed. The questions are worded in such a way that I could change my answers from minute to minute.

I ended up with a score of 44. LOL. It said I am in relatively good mental health.

I always get essentially the same results when I take that quiz.

I can't really answer very differently since the questions are wrong for me. None of them asks for what is really wrong.

Also I get really confused with questions like if I smoke too much (IMO all smoking is too much, there isn't a healthy amount of smoking), if I go outside a lot or stay inside by fear of going out (I stay inside for another reason) and if I spend more time online than I intended (I intended to stay online all day, so I'm normal I guess because I did what I thought I'd do). Most questions are like that. The answers just don't fit me.

Also I wonder about all the relationship issues, if you are in no relationship you don't have those issues. Seriously? I know plenty of people who are deeply unhappy because they want to be in a relationship and they are unable to initiate them.

But I know better than to take online tests too seriously. I have been professionally tested so I cannot be swayed about what I think I have.
