That score definitely doesn't make me feel "warm and fuzzy", but then there isn't much that does, as my score will show. Honestly, I don't think I'd feel comfortable showing the graft it gave me to my doctor. I know it would be a good thing for him to see, but it's really tough when you feel like such a failure anyway. At least no one else has to know about this one.

162 isn't so bad. it reflects that you have some coping skills when compared to somebody in the 200s. welcome to psych central. you will find that we have several forums where you can post about your concerns and receive feedback from other members. you will get a lot of support here. again, welcome
