Not really sure what to think of all the sub scores though. I think in general it's no different than what any professional has assessed about me, but oh well. A number's a number.

Hello and welcome to Psych Central! The sub-scores pull out the possible diagnoses that are most prominent.

Oh, I understand what they're for. There's just nothing really new there. What's interesting to me is that it's actually a great litmus test for when and if I do try to choose a therapist again. If I could replace any therapist with this test and I wouldn't have lost anything, I probably won't get much out of them.

I take one every year or when I feel a major mood change It is just a tool like you said, but can kind of point you in a direction you should focus... Just my thought
