I read the FAQs prior to posting and I began w/ a direct quote due to my observations that it seems many are focusing on the score and not the content and details. I'm a survivor of suicidal ideation, so the quiz further attested to my psychological concerns and issues. With a grand total of 8 major concerns I'm feeling a little better about having made the decision over a decade ago to regularly see therapists.
Over 10 years down the line now, and I still have my psychological earthquakes. Oh no, healing is not an quick an easy journey; it takes time and patience. Over this enduring journey I have become more self-aware; and upon reflection can see some improvement but I still have a lot of growing to do. That is why I chose to be a member here to share and be of support. Thank you.
