I got 176, which was worse than last time, and I thought I did better!
Rest, tell yourself you're a good person inside, some herbal tea, maybe a nap. Think it's time to give yourself a break, to forgive yourself. Maybe give yourself a pat on the back for still being able to communicate to others how you feel - to reach out. Chill. Hug your kitty, dog, granny, kid, pillow, whatever is closest, and smile. You're going to be ok. Things will get better.
