The last time I took it I had scored 72 with severe depression, it was around November maybe? September? I'm not sure... I think maybe December? I remember on January 1st I was really suicidal and came close to doing it... anyway, since then I've started seeing a therapist, attempting to recover etc... I also got a new friend, who moved here months ago, previous to her I didn't have any good friends or people who would ever spend time with me, and now she's here and is just a really supportive good friend and ya. Recentlly I also started sharing with friends my social networks and messaging, they've given me quite a bit of support through there.. I think since the last time I took it I have been putting a lot of effort into recoverying, and being happy, and I've also gotten a lot of help from others. So my score this time was 32 I think, still in moderate depression, but I think I have come a long ways... just proud that I made such a change and ya.
Might be seasonal, or just more changes for the better? (it was winter then and now its spring) ok hope this is the right thread thing too |

Hi, sweater, and welcome to Psych Central! Maybe a bit of your improvement might be seasonal, but you have obviously really been working hard, so I'm sure that's a big part of it! I am rejoicing with you!
