Obsessions/Compulsions 31

So it says I appear to be experiencing some distress in my life right now....biggest understatement ever. I don't know why everyone thinks this is so accurate because I just think it's rubbish and a waste of my time.
Since when was I schizophrenic?
Anxiety should be at 90% at least.
I don't take drugs for either, but I do overdose on medication. That has nothing to do with drugs.
After doing all of that it says that I need to cope with life better and I am just a bit too overwhelmed. And that just made me really mad.
The only thing it probably got slightly right is self esteem. Which should also be on 90% but whatever. It's a stupid thing making inaccurate assumptions.

Sorry just angry right now.

Hi, Berrylotus, and welcome to Psych Central! Not to worry, this "test" doesn't take the place of official evaluation by a professional. The 15 on schizophrenia is non-significant. I am not sure that the sub-scores go to 100 and can be evaluated as percentages. So, a 90 is not 90%.

Feel free to read the sitckies at the top of this forum to give you more details about what the scores mean. Actually, your overall score is on the low side, but that's good. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean that you aren't hurting and having struggles. Okay?
Thanks for this!

I know how you feel. I only score 50 on physical issues, I guess physical illness doesn't bug you any more when you had it longer than 6 months...

I score high on eating disorders and schizo, and I don't have that...

I don't score high on anxiety even when I live in nonstop anxiety. But I know what I feel. Even if a test doesn't. What really hurts me is that the test gives me the same crap attitude the doctors give me... "It can't be THAT bad...."

Thank you!! That is exactly what pissed me off about it! I am so sorry that the doctors treat you that way. It is just completely degrading and I know just how that feels! But please know you'll always have a friend here.
