I always seem to get above 160 every time I take the test... I've only taken it a few times... But I wonder what that says about me? Am I constantly on a track to total destruction? Are there there other people who consistently score really, really high on it?

I'm sure there are, usehername. Are you noticing any changes in how you score on the different diagnoses? Even if you are in therapy, it can take awhile for improvements to show up on a test such as this one.
Thanks for this!

I score high too. Always 150 and up. The destruction part... well... yes and no. Depends on how dark your mind is. I`m struggling like nobody`s business and I`m terrified to death. Self destruction is awful.

I consistently score that high even though I sought treatment - partially on the basis of that test - well over a year ago... I know I'm most likely terribly undermedicated, but I feel at least 20% better than without meds lol. I think clearer with what I'm on than I ever have, but I've only ever been on one other med for bipolar disorder, and it still isn't saying much...

I haven't seen the diagnoses change much... always bipolar with a little of this or that and a lot of stress or something... I'm not sure why it's high...

I struggle too... I can very much relate.

usehername, remember that we will always have bipolar--but our symptoms can be controlled. (I am bipolar as well.) Perhaps as you continue to get treatment and even get newer meds, this score will start creeping down.
Thanks for this!

Travelinglady - thanks for your support. I just feel so damn crazy all the time! Seeing it just feels worse, you know? I'm not seeing or hearing things (much) and my pdoc seems to think I'm "stable"... I disagree, but whatever... Anyway, it's good to know I'm not alone in whatever way

When I'm not stable I consistently score pretty high as well. It gets better though!
