I keep getting low scores (~50) but I'm hardly functioning IRL. I'm like this zombie mass. I sure wouldn't be able to work and I don't think I could handle school. I'm just sort of existing right now (in a nutshell anyways). Apparently that means I'm more "sane" than most people.

Evidently so, but perhaps what you do have is debilitating.

You are answering the questions for yourself, self-reporting, so sounds like a disconnect between how you feel and how you say you feel. I know I want to get a "good score" when I take a test but knowing the "right" answers doesn't help with this. It's all just for you and to help you see what you might want to work on.

To get a high score you need a little of this and that. If you mostly have one issue, and the test might even miss most of it, of course you will score low.
I never try to score as low as possible, but I get a low score anyway. Mainly cuz I don't gamble, do drugs and not being in a relationship.

I feel the same way. I like to say that the drugs have melted my brain.
