So yeh here I was celebrating cuz I thought I did go. Apparantly the higher it is the crazier you are. So what do you do to get it lower. Im dumb founded

Remember, Sherryanne, this is just an online test. It's not definitive in any way, and shouldn't be taken for a diagnosis! 140.....does that mean I need help? You're not "crazy", and only a trained professional (like a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist) can determine if you really have significant issues that need to be taken care of, so you shouldn't worry TOO much.
