...well, so far anyway. The first time I took it was almost exactly one year ago, and the score was 185. I took it again around 4 months ago and it was actually higher--198! I just took it today and my score was 153. Maybe the meds are working.

That's a great improvement! I'm happy you're getting better. Keep going. Things still may be difficult for you right now but hopefully they continue to get better as time goes on. I wish you the best throughout your recovery and beyond. Hopefully everything turns out great for you.

Diagnoses: Bipolar II Disorder, GAD, OCD Meds: 50mg Pristiq, 50mg Seroquel, 600mg Lithium Previous Meds: 20mg Lexapro, 50mg Seroquel XR, 600mg Trileptal You woke up this morning with a heartbeat, and that should be reason enough to wake up again tomorrow. |

I took the test yesterday, and my score was 144. I know that I have been really stressed and think this is a great tool to see how I am doing. I think it is great that you are getting better! Take care
