I guess things aren't as bad as I think they are. True I hate myself but this generalized overview of how I answered seems to be a good thing.

I'm glad to see you're better than you thought. Now if you can start feeling better about yourself, then you'll be accomplishing a really good thing that will help with whatever other issues you might have.
