Since I read the sticky, I see the overall number only shows so much.. I agree with it overall, esp the 4 serious concerns:
I was recently diagnosed:
Bi Polar 2 and PTSD (both of which are concerns mentioned)
the others I have not been diag with are: OCD and Phobias.

Interesting and I have therapy tonight, bringing this along with me!

Yes, it is just a guideline to help you know what to work on.

The first one I took was 146 but subsequent ones have been lower. I hope that means I'm dealing with things better.
