Hello psychoticcr7: I don't think it's a question of being either good or bad. From my perspective what's significant is how you scored on the various sub-sections. This gives you an idea of what areas may be problematic for you & where you may need help. But it's all very subjective... and not to be taken as authoritative... in my opinion...
