Hi Guys,

I'm a new member here. I directly got myself to the sanity test and had 103 as the score result. There are 5 major matters due to my sanity results with depression, general coping, PTSD, borderline traits, and mania as the main one. In my life, I'm facing many difficult things like dysfunctional family and ridiculous past that I have been struggling to cope. Mind to share your thought?

My advice from the limited amount i know from your post I'm new to this site to so sorry if this isn't that helpful, but I would look into Bipolar and Rapid Cycling Bipolar, but outside of that I had a pretty dysfunctional family life, and got into major drug use, and didn't realize until couple years ago have Rapid cycling Bipolar but if you have genuine quality friends in your life, maintain in touch with them its easy to isolate yourself whether its depression or another issue, or just rough patch in life, and those relationships in my experience gave me the most strength and hope etc. in life I really regret not staying in touch with friends, also if you can find support outside of family whether friends, therapist, especially if dealing with dysfunctional family dynamics it really helps, and or family member that understands what you are going through since they live it or lived it to just having that person to talk to helps alot deal with the stresses family members can cause and it helps a lot to vent, and just talk about issues with someone who does understand first hand like my brother helped a lot back when we were closer deal with a lot of family issues that other people could talk to as well but just better with someone understands

Hello rukia11: Since this is your first post here on PC... welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit. The Sanity test is a good way to get some suggestions as to areas of your life you may want to work on. There will be a number of forums here on PC you may find to be both interesting & helpful. Take a look through the General forums listing to find forums that may be of interest:

http://forums.psychcentral.com/#general

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!
