I finally had the opportunity to be properly diagnosed and treated for bipolar disorder which has done a lot to improve my quality of life which is shown by the huge drop in my sanity score. I previously had a 131 in February but with treatment I've made it to 87. I never knew this score was possible for me. I usually score in the 130s.

Right now I have 3 serious concerns (self-esteem, obsessions and compulsions, and PTSD) and 6 milder concerns (general coping, anxiety, depression, dissociation, mania and bipolar disorder, borderline).

I hope starting therapy and group therapy will lower it even more.
