My sanity score was a 168...which really worried me. I have 10 major concerns and 4 minor concerns. Any comments? Idk how to feel about this.

Psychiatric diagnostic labels are based on symptoms, and a lot of the different conditions have overlapping symptoms, or have the symptoms of other conditions as a sort of secondary effect.
In other words, if you have three problems, you'll get diagnosed with like ten things! (slight exaggeration) Two examples from me: I have some kind of cyclical depressive disorder wherein I tend to be sad all the time for no reason but the severity fluctuates a lot. There isn't a diagnostic label for exactly that, so even though it's just one problem, my psychiatrist had to give me gave me two simultaneous diagnoses (dysthymia and recurrent major depressive disorder). The abovereferenced depressive disorder is perfectly treated with medication, but I also have ADHD, and that has been a much harder problem to solve. So, I have an untreated neurological disorder which has a severe impact on my ability to function. Naturally, I'm sad about that. The psychiatrist sees how sad I am and thinks the depression treatment is not working well enough! I'm pretty sure he would have diagnosed me with depression even if I didn't have it. |

I think you're probably just fine remember it's an online test...if you're worried though go see someone have it checked out 😊 It can sneak up fast and take your life over so just watch it closely 💐😊

Do you feel the test is accurate?
I like this test because you take it in your own home which I find helps me to focus better on the questions and then answer them more appropriately. I don't know if this helps..but I took the test and got (175)..the score doesn't matter to us as much as it matters to the computer on how to calculate each category. BUT, the conditions it comes up with based on that score is where there is good information. I will say for myself...that ALL of the 12 serious complications it stated I had based on the way I answered the questions are very accurate...as I HAVE been diagnosed and am currently being treated for all the conditions it mentions...Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD |
