When I was 18, I was diagnosed and treated for paranoid schizophrenia. When I was 29, I was placed on anti-schizophrenia medication again, and my therapist (not the psychiatrist, the therapist) told me that I might need to take a neuroleptic on occasion for the rest of my life. In my 40s I was told by a different psychiatrist that I have thought disorder, and by yet another psychiatrist that I have schizotypal personality disorder. I have difficulty tolerating medication, which has been interpreted as paranoia by at least one psychiatrist. I have not substantially changed through the years. Certainly, my sense of reality and perceptions are the same now as they were when I was diagnosed as schizophrenic as a teenager.
I just took the Sanity test, and my score is 62. I never understood the diagnoses, and am not aware of having a history of psychosis. Going back to my Sanity Score, here is the breakdown: General Coping 36 Life Events 19 Depression 31 Anxiety 21 Phobias 42 Self-Esteem 67 Eating Disorders 25 Schizophrenia 10 Dissociation 8 Mania 10 Sexual Issues 13 Relationship Issues 19 Alcohol 0 Drugs 0 Physical Issues 33 Smoking Issues 0 Gambling Issues 0 Technology Issues 25 Obsessions/Compulsions 0 Posttraumatic Stress 25 Borderline Traits 29 Last edited by minúsculo; Mar 20, 2017 at 10:53 AM. |

Hello minúsculo: Thanks for sharing your scores. As I understand the scoring for this test, 62 is a pretty darn good one!
