So send clarity please? I'm going to the doctors tomorrow look in about my physical health and why it is changing. Could this have anything to do with it? Should I just started with going back to the counselor type? Or see my primary doctor first.

Hello Critecme: Well... I guess I don't really know about this.
![]() ![]() ![]() If what I'm experiencing is just some amorphous feeling that something's not right, I just chalk it up to anxiety, depression or whatever & let it go. On the other hand, it certainly doesn't hurt to get things checked out medically too. Seeing a counselor / therapist can also be a good idea since you seem to have a number of mental health related things going on. I personally don't see this as an either / or sort of thing, but more as being two parallel tracks, if that makes any sense. ![]() I see this is your first post here on PC. So... ![]() ![]() ![]() PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. ![]() ![]()
