We're still in development of the sanity score scale, to help you better gauge what your specific score means in relation to others. To do this right, we needed a lot of people to take the test (which we now have).

We will be posting here and in the test itself the scaling and information about what it means depending upon where you fall on the scale. Keep in mind that the sanity score is only a very rough estimate of the issues you may be facing in your life, and nothing here is meant to replace assessment from a trained mental health professional.

It was a trip! It listed the rest of my diagnoses's at the end. When at the beginning you're only told to put your main one. So It was pretty accurate when at the end the test came up with my other diagnoses's on it's own!
Thanks DocJohn, that was really interesting, but I really don't understand what your score means. Sanity Score Scale
Like if the higher it is,if that means your more insane,or if the lower it is,makes you insane!

This really confuses me!!! I have gotten scores of 114, 89, and 71!!! How does this happen? How?! I know I answered some questions differently, but the 71 doesn't seem to fit at all!!! Help!!!

Of course it isn't really "insanity" at all... but the lower the score the better balanced you are... in general... Did your scoring also come with a paragraph of discussion? Sanity Score Scale

But of course you can change answers... as humans we do change Sanity Score Scale

at some times u may be more balanced than others ellipse, like when i take the depression quiz, i realised that the score depended on the mood i was in at the time. my sanity score hasnt changed much. but, when it talks about dissociation, does it mean the whole range? or just the more major form. coz i can understand if it goes for minor dissociation, but i dont do more than fade out and go on autopilot

The sanity score...last time I took it I got 73. I just took it again and got 50...I am half way to everywhere.

Apparently I have adult ADHD or ADD whatever...and the stirrings of schzophrenia. When I first started the test I was only Bi-polar. Now I may also be suffering from anxiety...it feels like it.

Once, a woman I know took a depression test and she passed. I didn't even pass this one either way. I only got 50...like I said "I am halfway to everywhere."

But the test did not adequately differentiate between my compliant medicated moods, behaviors and thoughts and my pre-medicated or non-compliant states.

it's probably a bad thing to have moved from a score of 36 to a score of 83 isn't it....

I got 103. Unfortunately I can't acess the details to post them here, but it was pretty accurate - depression, anxiety, PTSD, social anxiety, dependent, body dysmorphic, and then borderline traits. It does keep mentioning brief psychotic episodes though. And it's actually PTSD related. The dissociation also misses out the main factors of my dissociation - having an alternate self, and 'going away' inside. But I don't lose time etc, so it kind of missed that one.
Otherwise, pretty accurate, and what I knew already.

I got 156. I already knew I wasnt sane. This is just a reminder that I have all these problems, I think its funny that it tells me I should "consider" seeking help. If I had'nt sought help I wouldnt be here right now. But, I guess some people score that high and dont know they need help. My life is a constant battle with most of the issues. But I got a ZERO for sex and gambling, so I know at least I can do 2 things right!

My 1st post!...

Disclaimer: If the below makes no sense i blame it on the 101f temp out side...

Anyway i took the sanity test, and it was pretty accurate. i do think it would be better and maybe less misleading if it was called a mental health awareness test? as Sanity Score well does not really fit i feel...

Also i noticed some things did not reply to me so i picked not at all which i feel was not truthful, as there should be a does not apply or something like that, as i don't have kids or smoke or any of that stuff (yes i really am that boring) but i had to answer like it applied to me...

Other than that it caught some things i have been dx'd with such as DID and all that other um fun filled stuff....

i tried to save it but it did not save, but i will take it again when i find a new therapist and take a print out with me to see the T, although all my dx's are in my file from my old T and Dr's, i feel this test could be a good measurement over time how things are going whether things are improving or not, i like tangible proof and the "sanity score" could become a good tool along with a T or a Dr.

Any way thank you for reading this and if i put it in the wrong place, please delete.

Have a peaceful day,

shadowwalker

My score was sitting at 49. I wondered if it was like golf where the lower the score the better, or if I needed to accumulate more points to be sane.

Interesting testing for sure,
Debbie

I scored 134. I'm not sure what I think of this test. It seems more like an early detection type test rather than one for folks who have already been dx'ed for a time. Seems the more I do these kinds of test the longer my list of ailments gets.

i got a 33
PTSD, Dissociation, Physical problems, Life events were areas of concern
Prett good
Lost 2 close family members this year have severe Rheumatiod athritis, and have a problem with dissociation from severe childhood abuse leading to PTSD
Pretty accurate test --- gotten a lot of help with the PTSD - problably why the score is lower than I expected.
