Sounds like you're struggling at the moment, Lyric, hope things improve for you soon.

A lot has to do with just your "attitude" to the questions at the time you take it. If you retake it and determine to think as positively as possible about each question (just give yourself the benefit of the doubt, not lie) it can be lower or if you take it at a "bad" time when you're consumed with worries and unhappy, it can be worse.
