34 - just a few minor pointers. Hmmm.... my 'issues' always feel quite bothersome, not really reflected in my score.

Thanks, yes we are both startlingly sane it seems
![]() The self-esteem one is a good point, generally mine is not too bad but when I'm stressed it can really plummet. I think the key for me is stress management. |

Well, my score was 62 and I'm a diagnosed schizophrenic. My score was as high as it was mainly due to self-esteem issues which, perhaps ironically, are partly due to my strangely inappropriate diagnosis and subsequent neuroleptic treatment.

For me, not being in a relationship always makes my scores low. Also the lack of drug/alcohol/tv/gambling/internet addiction.
Also love your name... Faron might be my alarm clock... (which was what drove me to reply...) |

Haha cool - not 4 in the morning?
![]() Yes I'm low on addictions too, but in a long term relationship which is stable which must have brought it down too. |

This is the first time I ever took this sanity quiz. Interesting. Your Sanity Score Based upon your answers, you appear to be experiencing some distress at the moment in your life, dealing with things that you may sometimes find overwhelming. People with similar scores tend to be coping relatively well with daily life, but sometimes feel overwhelmed by certain moods, feelings, or situation. Your mental health is fairly good and you're on an even keel. 100 This is an 'even keel'...okay. lol |

I usually stay below 100 even if not that low. Even when my life is total chaos. I think it is because I don't think I'm ugly, I have no kids and no relationship so I cannot have issues with those, I don't smoke and so on. If the test asked me about my real issues it would look much different.
Today when I took the test I had schizophrenia though, despite a lower score than 100, and below 100 is healthy. Explain that! For some reason I have schizo because my friend is so sensitive and I would say spiritual that she knows what I am thinking even if I don't say anything. So because she goes poking around in my head I'm schizo. OK... Also I have a tad poor self esteem because I'm not happy with my body because of gender dysphoria. OK, noted. And I had very very very bad general coping because I lost a friendship, have a physical illness, lost a job and a loved one. I actually cope quite well with the losses, much better than expected, still I have bad coping skills? Why? I wonder if someone really wants a relationship and kids but can't get one are totally trouble free? Luckily I never wanted a family but many people actually suffer quite a bit because they want it and cannot get it. It is also fun how I am dissociative because I'm an ADD airhead... ![]()

Hi Prefab, I shall call you and everyone else under a 50 a "Normie."
![]() I just took the test for the first time today. I scored an 84. I thought I'd score higher, but looking at the range, I think this score makes sense for me at this point. It even picked up on the fact that I've had some difficult life changes in the past that are still affecting me. There were 2 major things that stood out (had an exclamation point) for me: self esteem and obsessions / compulsions. I thought this was really interesting! I know I have low self esteem. But I haven't thought much about the other part. It makes sense though because I do worry all the time, tend to be obsessive, and I have some interesting behavioral compulsions. There's more info obvi but I won't bore you. (That's code for I don't feel like writing anymore lol. and also just not comfortable sharing). Last edited by Anonymous50909; Apr 09, 2017 at 12:28 PM. |

Today I scored an 83, which I was surprised about as I have a diagnosed mental illness so I thought it would be higher. I also scored very highly on self-esteem, which as was mentioned by someone else here, has largely been due to being prescribed drugs which caused my weight to rocket and also having been labelled, not to mention having my past invalidated by people within the mental health system because they believe in the chemical imbalance theory (which was what i believe led me to get ill).
More positively, I'm relieved that the score was as low as it was. Hoping that things will improve more. |

My first time taking it. 97. I'm surprise it is high. It said I have 4 issues: Anxiety, Addicted to tech, OCD and PTSD. I admit the Anxiety and addiction, but I don't feel the OCD and PTSD. Even more, the OCD + PTSD is scored way higher than the other 2 that I admitted.
Maybe I should take OCD and PTSD test too. |

The test doesn't ask about most of my conditions, but I still have a score in the 60's because it sorts the missing conditions into other categories.
It puts social anxiety and food-related dismay in the right category though. I should have taken it during my last depressive episode to see how well it picked up the difference, but I forgot.

I don't put much weight on standardized tests of any sort.

I got a really low score but I am also on the highest dose of Effexor and Abilify. None of that touches my OCD. I got a low score on self esteem which is funny since I have had 2 plastic surgeries in the last two years. I am considering my 3rd. I feel like my self esteem is garbage when it comes to my body.

Took the test again and came out at 21, I do feel in a better state than when I took it in the spring so this is probably accurate. I have less stressors going on in my life right now so this must be related to that.
