My overall score came out to 155 .. I know that's not good. But I'm more concerned with some of the individual scores .. for instance my Post-Traumatic Stress score was 100 !!
 My other high scored are phobias, general coping, depression, anxiety, and mania. I know I have Bipolar so that isn't surprising, nor is the anxiety one. But I'm still a little unsure of what general coping means? I read the little paragraph but it didn't make much sense to me.

 I'm sorry I don't think I can elaborate on the meaning of general coping skills beyond the explanation that is provided. I hope you're finding the time you spend here on PC to be of benefit.
