My sanity score was 132 and fit me to a T That sanity test was so close and I see I need help and I don't want to feel ashamed about it anymore , Thanks to all of you here who are so supportive and have been so helpful to me.I'm feeling panicky just thinking I have to ask for help from the professionals around where I live ,Scary to me

I have found that 3 minutes of non-stop writing can be very helpful and it does not matter what topic you start with just don't stop , and if you find your going off the topic it does not matter and going over 3 minutes is fine . Try it - You'll be amazed at what you can find out about yourself --- Just Write ---
