I'm a little surprised it isn't higher, but I don't drink, gamble, smoke or do any drugs, so I imagine that kept my score under 150. Surprised they didn't include porn, because then it would be off the charts. Seems I self-medicate with self-gratification and eating lots of foods that are very bad for you.

Considering I started seeing my first therapist at the age of 10, and I'm in my late 40's now, I think it's safe to say I deal with some issues.

I'm a big fat ugly beast of a man with diabetes for the last 20 years and chronic pain, who once lost over 100 pounds around 5 years ago but is seeing it steadily creep back despite daily walking of 3 to 4 miles. I've added 30 pounds alone in the last 16 months.

Therefore, I'm a morbidly obese BMI of 46.4. Probably knocking on death's door.

Thanks for sharing your scores. I'm fairly thin I guess, although when I've checked my BMI on-line, it always says I'm in the middle of the correct range for my age, height & gender. I've made a point of keeping myself thin. I've had quite a bit of low back trouble over the years & keeping my weight down helps.

I don't get a lot of exercise. I should probably get more... but oh well... (I'm also 70 years old!) One thing I've concluded over time, in my own case, is that my weight is really almost entirely dependent on how much, or how little, I eat. How much I exercise really seems to have very little to do with it. As a result, I don't eat a lot. (I do have a bit of a sweet tooth though.) I'm almost always hungry. I've just taught myself to ignore it.

Thanks for sharing your score. I’m going to take this test myself (not sure if I ever have )

I’m not obese (which isn’t a good thing really for a bear.. )

But I’m guessing my score won’t be “low”

Hi! Thanks for sharing your scores with us today. It sounds like you're very aware of yourself. From what I can tell, you do have very low self-esteem, which is also reflected in the scores. It also seems like you feel like you're not seeing much hope at the end of the tunnel.
I don't have any advice to give you, but to remind you to have your chin up, and take care.
