My highest was 129 in 2009...I looked at a chart of my sanity score and over the years it decreased and decreased. 34 is pretty good. It said that smoking was my biggest issue which is true, I am working on cutting back and quitting at the end of August.

That's very good... Luckily, smoking is a very common issue and most people don't even recognize it as a problem. In fact, in Thailand, a lot of Buddhist monks smoke cigarettes!

I alternate between vaping and smoking... Usually vaping because the social stigma against smoking keeps me in check...
