Hello Jack: I see this is your first post here on PC. So welcome to PsychCentral! I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

About the only thing I think I can suggest with regard to your score of 179 is that you have some mental health issues that need addressing perhaps with the assistance of mental health professionals if you're not presently receives services. Which issues are of most concern is something that would be reflected in your various subscores. Here are links to 2 articles, from PsychCentral's archives, on the subject of the Sanity Score test:
