I was not surprised by the main areas of concern, which is primarily the PTSD.

What was surprising or interesting was that I quiz suggest I might have OCD. So I took the OCD test and scored a 16 on that which is considered high risk. I do have some OCD traits and I believe that OCD can co exist with PTSD. My OCD traits are more subtle because they are overshadowed by the PTSD symptoms. My long time therapist and I have had passing conversations about OCD but it was never diagnosed. My online therapists has brought to light some of my behavior during flashbacks can be compulsive and I'm not sure if that is supposed to be considered for OCD diagnosis if it's a reaction to the flashback.

The challenge I find with these kinds of tests is that they are pretty black and white. There are thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that I have only during a flashback so it's hard to know how to answer the questions. I do not consider the way I am during a flashback to be "my typical self" so it's hard to know how to answer the questions or how to evaluate the score.
