I'm a little bit worried about the BMI you reported. It seems kinda low. Has a doctor ever asked you about your weight? I'm just concerned that you might not be getting the nutrition you need.

Sure... you can ask.

My main issues are depression (severe according to tests) are alcoholism/substance abuse.

And guys, stop worrying about my BMI... I'm thin boned, moderately muscular, and I have like 5% body fat. I just have a ridiculously fast metabolism.
