Since I spent all day yesterday worrying, fell asleep worrying and woke up at 2:30 AM worrying--I took the Anxiety Quiz and got a 28. Wow, having taken that quiz, I am sorry you are suffering so much. Keep working on it. Are you being treated for it or do you use self care tactics like yoga and meditation? Hang in there!

Im I'm sorry to hear that! I have been to the point of hyperventilating! Do you have anything to help you get through the anxiety?

Is watching friends helping you? I watch movies and shows sometime when I can't sleep!
