So I guess this is affirmation? That I am really as stressed out and close to the edge as I feel like I am? So it's bad in a way - that I am not doing well, obvs. But also good in a way - it confirms what I am going through, and makes it easier to get back into counseling. God, I hate trying to find a new psych. My last one went on 'indefinite leave'.

If there are toxic stressors in your life, it would be good to distance yourself from them. I hope counseling goes well for you!
