Is it the higher the better? I'm a bit confused
Scored 100 on the self esteem if I'm not wrong, 2nd highest is PTSD.

I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia but it's 3rd on the list.

Thanks for sharing your results. I believe the lower the score is the better. Scores below 50, I think, are considered to be essentially "normal". Here's a link to an article, from PC's archives, that provides a bit of detail with regard to the Sanity Score test:
