I started taking the sanity score quiz back in March and it steadily increased the initial score of 92 over the months because things were getting quite horrible for me, but I just took it again and was pleased to see it at a 64.
In April, May, and June it hovered around 140. I have been taking steps to improve my life and while I still want to sign up for therapy because of my trauma, I really do feel like things are getting better and that makes me so happy because for a while there I really couldn't see things getting better any time soon, but here I am.
Hold on to hope and take baby steps if you have to, but keep moving forward and making goals and pursuing them with tenacity. Things can and will get better!
