It said I am in a good mental shape which I already know. But it went on and on about my weight. I know I need to lose some but it made it sound like it’s a major issue. Stupid pandemics doesn’t help with weight. Now maybe it’s really a big issue

First I am happy to hear that you are mentally in a good place. <3 And I hope that doesn't change... I think you are not alone with your weight struggles in general and during pandemic... Of course your weight issues could lead to a lot of serious health complications but panic won't get you anywhere. <3 But it is something you should work on if possible and maybe also talk to professionals who know a great deal about this. If there are emotional underlying issues in general - altered eating habits can be a coping mechanism.
- it is the right thing to do to seek help for addressing them.
