It's not good or bad, it's just the score you got. I think 62 is quite low.

I agree with BethRags. It's not good or bad. It's just the score you got. The lower the score, the less your mental health issues are interfering in your life, and the likelihood that you are able to deal and cope with them is higher with a low score, is my understanding.

I agree with BethRags and WovenGalaxy - the lower the score, the less your mental health issues are currently interfering with your life (it's not ''good or bad'') (I also think 62 is quite low)
