I have diagnosed OCD, so the test got that one right. I'm also not surprised that my post traumatic stress is high, since I do have trauma related to how my OCD was dealt with in the past.

Phobias is similar to OCD (avoidance compulsion), and of course anxiety is high due to both OCD and possibly (undiagnosed) PTSD. General coping is also high due to these issues.

I guess the test did get stuff along the right lines! However I do think OCD related questions may not be so clear, such as "Issues with acting out rituals or compulsions". People who don't know OCD, also may not know that they are doing rituals or compulsions. This is especially true for Pure O.
